Consultation on EOSC Readiness indicators for States
How can we monitor the status and progresses of MS towards the EOSC implementation and identify opportunities and areas of improvement?
This consultation aims at moving from a static landscape to a set of living indicators, and select a set of relevant aspects to be monitored to accomplish this objective.
The one presented hereinafter is a working proposal for identifying and implementing these indicators. It builds on the results of the first version of the Landscape WG report and of the INFRAEOSC5 projects surveys on National OS Initiatives, as well as the collaboration and discussion between the Landscaping task force created by these projects and the WG.
A first round of consultations was carried out in occasion of the EOSChub week 2020 on a sample of relevant stakeholders (including WG delegates, representatives from major RIs, EOSC-related projects and National Initiatives representatives) and the feedback received was processed and included in this proposal. The report of the live consultation is available in this document.
